What are Crow’s Feet?
Crow’s Feet are those little fine lines that can appear at the sides of your eyes. These occur as a sign of ageing, as well as from the repetitive facial expressions you have pulled over the years. As we age the signs of those repetitive facial expressions start to show.
Did you know your eyes are often one of the first places to show the signs of ageing as our skin is much thinner in this area? Crow’s feet don’t bother everyone, however if you don’t like them rearing their little ‘heads’ book a free consultation with an Aesthetics Life clinician today.
How can a Crow’s Feet Botox® Anti-Wrinkle Treatment enhance my appearance?
Placing Botox® injections into the muscles around the eyes can dimmish or even stop dynamic lines (lines that appear when you make facial expressions) and even reduce static lines (that are there without facial movement) as the cause of them has been relaxed. They also prevent new lines forming in that area and wrinkles deepening. Remember regular Botox® treatments will keep results to an optimum.
Botox® for crow’s feet can make patients feel younger and refreshed.
What to expect before, during and after the Crow’s Feet Botox® Anti-Wrinkle Treatment.
Before the Crow’s Feet Botox® Anti-Wrinkle Treatment.
During the initial consultation we will discuss the options and create a bespoke treatment plan, going over the benefits and possible side effects. We’ll take a few ‘before’ photos for you to compare the before and after results once the treatment has finished.
During the Crow’s Feet Botox® Anti-Wrinkle Treatment.
*For Crow’s Feet, we often use Botox®, a botulinum toxin that was designed specifically for aesthetic purposes. Botox® is injected into the muscles around the eyes to cause a temporary muscle relaxation that improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
After the Crow’s Feet Botox® Anti-Wrinkle Treatment.
After the treatment, the positive effects of the treatment should be visible within 2 weeks, especially when compared to the ‘before’ photos. The effects of this treatment will last typically around 4 months. Most people can return to their normal daily life immediately after the treatment. Try to avoid touching and keep the area clean. Also, try to sleep on your back facing up. You might experience slight side effect inconveniences in the treated area, such as swelling or mild bruising.
