If I have had a consultation elsewhere, should I still have a consultation with you?
If you have not yet had a treatment with us it is definitely worth booking a free consultation. We will take the time to listen to your desired results and design a bespoke treatment plan around this.
How often do I need to have my treatment topped up?
Each treatment type is different.
Do you use anaesthetic or pain relief in your treatments?
Some treatments have anaesthetic inbuilt. We offer topical anaesthetic on request.
I have seen other skin treatments elsewhere, why don’t you also offer these?
We offer treatments that provide the best results for our patients. We constantly review new treatments to see their effectiveness and do add new treatments to our menu, so ensure to keep abreast of new treatments offered by speaking with your clinician.
Do you offer an option to spread the cost out for a treatment?
We offer a membership package (coming soon) for those interested in regular multiple treatments or those that want to spread the cost. More information coming soon regarding the Aesthetics Life membership package.
Do you do any package deals if I want several treatments?
We will soon be offering several treatment packages. Discounts are available when having more than one treatment done in one appointment, please ask your clinician for more details and for a tailored quote.
Can I get a quote over the phone, before seeing the clinician?
We can’t tell you the price of treatment before your appointment, as we do not know what exactly you want to achieve, the areas requiring treatment, or how much of the filler or prescription medicine (Botox®) we would need to administer. We offer a free consultation to address all questions and to create your personalised treatment plan.
When will I receive my quote for treatment?
For our prescribing clinicians you will receive a quote during your appointment. For skin treatments you will receive a quote within 24 hours of your free consultation.
I do not want anyone to know I have had treatment. What is your privacy policy?
At Aesthetics Life we take your privacy seriously. We will not send direct mail unless we have your permission to do so. We opt for digital communications to ensure you are the only recipient, if you do not wish to receive digital communications please let our front of house know. You have the right to opt out of communications at any time. Our Privacy Policy can be found in the footer of this website.
What is a prescriber?
Just like a doctor will prescribe medicine, our clinicians are prescribers of the medicines, such as anti-wrinkle injectables, used within the clinic.
What is a POM?
A POM stands for Prescription Only Medicine.
Do you offer any referral incentives?
Yes. We offer a referral programme for friends and relatives. There are great rewards for both of you when someone is successfully referred.
Do you offer evening appointments?
Yes. Our clinics offer at least one late night clinic each week. Please visit the contact us page for the clinic hours of your local Aesthetics Life Medical Spa. Some evening appointments can be requested and can be booked on a case-by-case basis.
